Day by Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival – 1,400 m

Arrive in Kathmandu, meet your guide and team, complete trek preparation and briefing. Enjoy a welcome dinner and rest before your Himalayan adventure begins.

Day 2: Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding

Take a scenic flight to Lukla and begin trekking through beautiful mountain landscapes. Walk through traditional villages and forests alongside the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding.

Day 3: Phakding – Namche Bazaar – 3,440 m

Cross suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi Valley toward Namche Bazaar. Enjoy your first spectacular views of Everest and surrounding peaks as you enter the Khumbu region.

Day 4: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar

Take a rest day for acclimatization. Hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic mountain views, then explore Namche Bazaar and experience Sherpa culture, markets and local life.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche – 3,860 m

Trek through rhododendron forests with magnificent views of Everest, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Reach Tengboche and visit its famous Buddhist monastery surrounded by spectacular mountains.

Day 6: Tengboche – Dingboche – 4,410 m

Descend through forests before crossing the Imja River. Continue through Pangboche and traditional high-altitude villages toward Dingboche, with stunning views of Ama Dablam and Island Peak.

Day 7: Acclimatization at Dingboche

Rest and acclimatize at Dingboche. Take a gradual hike toward Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung for excellent views of Island Peak, Makalu and surrounding Himalayan peaks before returning to the lodge.

Day 8: Dingboche – Lobuche – 4,910 m

Walk through the scenic Khumbu Valley toward higher elevations. Pass memorials dedicated to climbers and continue along the moraine landscape toward Lobuche beneath impressive Himalayan peaks.

Day 9: Lobuche – Everest Base Camp – Gorak Shep

Trek to Gorak Shep and continue toward Everest Base Camp through the dramatic Khumbu Glacier landscape. Explore Base Camp before returning to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Kala Patthar – Pheriche – 4,240 m

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for spectacular sunrise views of Everest, Nuptse and Pumori. Descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then continue downhill to Pheriche.

Day 11: Pheriche – Namche Bazaar

Retrace the trail through beautiful Himalayan scenery. Pass Tengboche and descend through forests and Sherpa villages before reaching Namche Bazaar for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar – Lukla

Enjoy your final day of trekking through the Khumbu region. Follow the Dudh Koshi River, cross suspension bridges and descend to Lukla, where you celebrate the completion of your trek.

Day 13: Lukla – Kathmandu

Take a scenic morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy free time for shopping, sightseeing or relaxing after your unforgettable Everest adventure.

Day 14: Departure from Nepal

Your Everest Base Camp adventure comes to an end. Transfer to the airport for your international flight, taking home unforgettable memories of Nepal and the Himalayas.
